We work in partnership with our Solicitor colleagues across Norfolk, the surrounding counties and directly with private clients on request.
Our focus is on protecting the autonomy of the individual, through a person-centred approach: We ensure that all available options to meet the individual’s need are considered and that a solution is reached which takes into account the views of all those involved whilst preserving the priorities of the client at the centre.
We are pleased to accept referrals through Solicitors and directly from those needing our services. To ensure that our services are the most appropriate solution in each case, we offer an initial telephone conversation during which we seek to clarify the issue and identify the key areas of support required.
Our priority is to ensure that our clients are served in the best way and our commitment is that we will not duplicate work where there is currently nil cost solution available.
